Was this review helpful? Fast pace and Lots of Overtime. If you like to work a lot of overtime, they have a open check book right now.
There are a lot of great people that work in Tulsa, ok. Lots of hours but it's worth it. It's a good place to work a bit stressful at to. Good company in transition. Benefits and compensation were great and it is obvious the company is trying to do its best for employees, but they are losing work. All sites have functioned as separate entities until now, and it seems to be a major focus of the company to fix that and Triumph aerostructures tulsa more of a unified culture.
Would not recommend anyone to work there.
No desire to look for another job within the company. Management only promotes people they know from their previous companies instead of looking at the skills of their own personnel. HR only works for upper Triumph aerostructures tulsa. Hostile environment, Triumph aerostructures tulsa management, Does not recognize employees for what they are capable, No mentorship for managers, throw you under the bus.
Great working environment lots of opportunity to learn new aspects of the wing building process. Triumph has good people.
Worker If I put my position I will be terminated. I really can't rate this company.
I will be terminated for doing so. That is about all I can say about that. Perhaps when I am employed elsewhere I can come back and give a more clear picture. Long Hours are expected sometimes and great compensated.
I do recommend this company. Triumph aerostructures tulsa your a contractor. Worked on G wings for Triumph Aerospace, Benefits and Pay are extremely nice and they are very helpful for the time that I was an employee there. I enjoy working at Triumph, but there is really no room for advancement. The benefits are wonderful and the staff is very helpful, I just would like a position in a company where I can advance.
Was an intern engineer and Loved it, had to leave for grad school but plan to come back. Only con was the company training offered. However coworkers were a wealth of knowledge. Good place for experience. I learned a lot working as an intern for Triumph Aerostructres. The typical day was spent doing data analysis, and this helped me build my Microsoft Office skills. The issue with the company is the management, sadly the position is not stable and for QE's there was no manager was over you. This lead to the potential for any manager to come to you and chew you out and tell you what to do.
This was the hardest part about the job, the constant run around to determine what your job actually was. Hard to work inside of fuel tanks. Good place to work, excellent workers, enjoy to perform my reports to my supervisors. Working 40 hours per week, we have opportunity to work overtime.
Enjoyable place to work. Reviewed Suppliers production process and First Articles to ensure parts and products were manufactured using certified materials including specified processes. They need to wipe out all of them and start over.
A lot of managers talk the employees like they are dogs. No respect and screaming and yelling. Mandatory If you don't show up you're supervisor will be texting you, or calling you.
Training non existing you are own your own. Mechanics on general are helpful and professional, can't say that about the supervisors. Triumph aerostructures tulsa seen several mechanics just walk off the job, Glad I was able to find another job and give my two weeks notice.
Culture has to change, If not program will go somewhere else. Typically you have one higher up tell you one thing, and another tell you something else. Never get any praise when do good just when behind. They act like your replaceable and curse at you when upset Triumph aerostructures tulsa. I had 6 different managers because they come and go like program leads, and engineers the place unstable.
Hr was horrible thats why Triumph aerostructures tulsa keep replacing them as well no support at all. Upper management is clueless its all about schedule no real training for mechanics, they think you just put anyone on the floor and expect them to succeed, get rid of upper management and allow the first Levels to run the place.
Poor management, poor business decisions, terrible communication between management, HR and employees. Scheduling is rigid, part delays are blamed on employees.
Overtime is either limited, absent completely or mandatory. Claim this company page Review this company. Want to know more about working here?
